If you are looking for unique hotels in Paris with an interesting history behind, Hotel Les Bains is the place for you. Located in Paris 3rd Arrondissement, Les Bains Douches was in 1885 a renowned public bathhouse proposing different and exotic treatments. Great post! I wish I could find information like this about every city I am planning to visit. Staying in a one-of-a-kind accommodations makes the whole experience so much more memorable. My top pick from your list would be Hotel Les Bains for a funny reason. From the photo, the columns, ceiling, and walls look like they are made of luxurious chocolate. I am crazy about any chocolaty concoction so I wouldn’t miss this opportunity if I get a chance to visit Paris. Incidentally, my least favorite is Hotel Thoumieux. Even a two Michelin star restaurant wouldn’t convince me to stay in a room that those patterns on the walls and the floor. I got a headache just from looking at them in the picture 😉
