How It Works
1. Tell me about your trip
After payment, you’ll receive a questionnaire and a link to book your introductory video call.
This is where I’ll get to know you, your travel style, interests, priorities, and any constraints or special requests you may have. This helps me create an itinerary that is realistic, personal, and tailored to you – not something that could have been made for anyone.
2. Receive your first itinerary
After our introductory video call, I’ll create your first-pass personalized itinerary and send it to you within 3 business days.
You’ll also receive a link to book your 30-minute itinerary review video call, which will take place within the following 3–4 days.
3. Review and refine your itinerary
During our 30-minute itinerary review video call, we’ll go through the itinerary together, discuss practical details, make adjustments, and address any questions you may have about Paris.
4. Receive your final itinerary
After our itinerary review video call, I’ll make the agreed-upon adjustments and send you your final Paris itinerary within 2 business days.
Trip Details
This service covers up to 7 days for a maximum of 4 people.
For a 7-day itinerary, your arrival day counts as Day 1 and your departure day counts as Day 7.

Paris Travel Consultation – How it Works
This chapter is for Paris with Ease and Paris Quick Fix consultations. If you are interested in the Paris Detailed Itinerary Design, go here ↑
1. Click on the option of your choice and select a time in the online calendar. The time slots shown on the calendar are in your time zone.
For the Paris with Ease option, be sure to include any important information, such as:
- Dates of travel
- Where will you be traveling from?
- How many people are there, and what are their ages (roughly)?
- Is the trip a special occasion? ( graduation, anniversary, honeymoon, etc…)
- What are your likes and interests?
- What is your travel style and budget?
- Anything else that’s relevant that I should know
2. The booking engine will take you to the payment page. Payment is required prior to your booking and will be charged to your credit card.
3. Once the payment is processed, I will email you to confirm your appointment as soon as possible. This email also contains the Google Meet link ready to use during your call.
4. We will talk via Google Meet at the arranged time. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you have granted Google Meet access to your microphone before our session.
Not comfortable speaking English on a video call because it’s not your first language? Don’t worry, it’s not mine either! If you prefer, we can have our video call in French, Italian, Spanish, or Catalan. The planning documents will be provided in English.
5. Payment is non-refundable. If you do not show up for the call, you will need to book another appointment.
