And What About Us?

We’re Elisa, Norbert, Valérie and Cédric, the four Paris travel bloggers behind World in Paris. We are travel passionates, quirky explorers and restless souls. When we are not traveling the world we are happy to explore the backyards of Paris and share all the good stuff with you.

Elisa is the main editor in World in Paris. She loves traveling, arts & history and wine, not necessarily in this order. She has traveled to more than 70 countries and still counting! When she is in Paris she loves visiting museums, organizing new Paris walking tours and itineraries for the blog and she always seems to know about the latest art or photography exhibition in Paris.

Norbert is a bike lover. When he is not touring Paris on his bike he likes to explore the Paris countryside and beyond. If Elisa is the one who knows Paris best, Norbert seems to have been everywhere in France! Currently, Norbert is more focused on France Bucket List, our new travel blog about France.

Valérie is our F&F (fashion & food) expert. She is the one behind the Paris packing lists and food guides. Unlike Elisa and Norbert, Valérie is very “Rive Gauche”, and you will most likely find her wandering around Le Quartier Latin or drinking coffee in one of the quintessential Parisian cafes of Saint Germain.

Cédric is our “garçon- IT”, our IT-guy. He is the one who keeps World in Paris in tip-top shape and he takes most of the photos for Valérie’s articles.

Unlike other travel blogs run by influencers or Instagrammers, we prefer to stay behind the scene and you won’t find many pictures of us in the articles. In World in Paris, Paris is the star and we are just the narrators.

We are not anglophones and despite our efforts, our English is not perfect. We apologize for that and we hope that all the information and advice by locals that you find in this blog will compensate the rest.

Welcome on board and have fun : -)
